Who sells

Notte '33 is run by Sasha Piaia, Rue du Rhône 8, 1907 Saxon, Switzerland, info@notte33.com. These terms apply to every purchase made through notte33.com.

How a drop works

One design, 33 pieces, on sale for one night only, from 00:00 to 03:33, Central European Time (GMT+1, GMT+2 in summer). The price starts at 99 CHF and drops by 11 CHF every 33 minutes, down to 33 CHF. The sale ends at 03:33, or earlier once 33 pieces are sold. A design is never reprinted.

Price

You pay the price shown at checkout at the moment you pay. The price keeps dropping during the night: that is the concept, and no difference is refunded afterwards. Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), the same for every country; if your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may add a fee. No tax is added at checkout: for the European Union, the United Kingdom and Norway, import VAT is included and paid by us. Shipping is free, everywhere.

One piece per person

Each order holds one t-shirt, and each person can buy one per drop. Extra orders placed under the same name, email or address may be cancelled and refunded in full.

Order and payment

Your order is binding once payment is confirmed and you receive the confirmation email. Payment is handled by Shopify: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Your card details never reach us.

If more than 33 are paid

If several payments go through in the very second the 33rd piece sells, the orders beyond the 33rd are cancelled and refunded in full within 5 working days, and you are told by email.

Printing and delivery

Every piece is printed to order after the drop, then shipped to you. Free delivery, worldwide. Times and customs: see Shipping.

Returns

Each piece is printed for you and the run is limited, so there are no exchanges. Check your size before you buy.

If you live in Switzerland or outside the European Union, the United Kingdom and Norway, there are no returns for a change of mind or a wrong size: Swiss law gives no right of withdrawal for online purchases.

Right of withdrawal (European Union, United Kingdom, Norway)

If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Norway, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you receive your piece, without giving a reason. Tell us clearly before the 14 days end, by email to info@notte33.com, for example: “I withdraw from my purchase of order no. …, received on …, name, address.” Then send the piece back, unworn and unwashed, within 14 days, to Sasha Piaia, Rue du Rhône 8, 1907 Saxon, Switzerland. The return shipping is at your cost. We refund everything you paid within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, but may wait until the piece is back or you show proof of sending. The refund goes to the card or account you paid with. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by wearing the piece beyond what is needed to try it on.

Defects

If your piece arrives misprinted or damaged, or it is not what you ordered, write to info@notte33.com within 14 days of delivery, with a photo. We reprint it, or refund you in full if it can no longer be printed.

Law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Saxon (Valais). If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can also bring a claim there.
