Switzerland only.

When

Every piece is printed to order after the drop, in 2 to 3 working days, then shipped from our production partner abroad. Delivery takes 7 to 10 working days: count two to three weeks in all. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Cost

Free.

Customs and import VAT

Switzerland charges no customs duty on clothing. Import VAT (8.1 %) applies when a parcel is worth more than about 62 CHF, shipping included: the carrier then collects it on delivery, with its clearance fee. Below that, there is nothing to pay.

Refused parcels

A parcel refused at the door, or whose import charges are not paid, is not refunded.

Your address

Check it at checkout. A parcel lost because of a wrong or incomplete address is not replaced.

Tracking

If your tracking has not moved for 20 days, write to info@notte33.com.

Returns

No returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size. A misprinted or damaged piece is reprinted or refunded: see Terms.
